Recruitment Specialist/Recruitment coordinator(某大型知名外资企业急招招聘专员3名)。

Responsibilities:
$ {& B. n$ W) w- v/ Y6 T! x• Providing recruiting administration and coordination in support of a group of in house recruiters;
, i: T9 Y1 H8 g/ V6 e: u* W% T• Responsible for CV searching, CV screening, phone screening of candidates;% a3 s) B# i* W3 c% j$ k
• Arranges interviews for relevant parties and follow up administrative details, prepares presentations as needed;
2 o( L$ F1 ~0 L7 C( Z6 Y6 P4 w• Participates in pre-employment background check and the on-board process for new hires, such as produce employment contracts, create employee files and maintain employee checklists with 100% accuracy;
]/ L$ O) u( c+ C' I' Y• Conducts related research; performs analyses and summarizes data to facilitate interpretation or to highlight key aspects/trends;8 v p2 j9 o- T
• Completes special projects as required and provides back up to other recruitment team members as needed." p* A: _2 R+ B9 s1 |

Essential :
7 i( I& I9 ]7 X1 `& V, Q( _• College or bachelor degree above;( k8 q+ t- {, R: _- o/ K3 G1 L+ |3 K
• Be good at reading/writing/Oral English and Mandarin;* |. ] ^5 x6 g8 ]3 c+ u
• Strong experience with internet and intranet based ATS (applicant tracking) and HRIS systems, preferably (PeopleSoft)8 Q) a' Z5 k N1 R
• Excellent in Word and Excel, strong analytical skill;% ]& H+ o% h, H6 k
• Responsible and reliable8 ]* u7 B9 ]* `: A
• To apply Recruitment Specialist: 3 to 5 years working experience in recruiting, headhunting and in-house HR recruitment will be preferred; \1 I2 o1 d1 U' U( V
• To apply Recruitment coordinator: 1 to 2 years HR working experience;/ i/ e$ p" a( Z6 Z0 y/ R5 |" V0 P/ P
