" A/ Y' i/ M$ \) ~Responsibilities:
7 {5 K+ n5 ~. T4 [. l5 J$ a. j3 Z+ V• Providing recruiting administration and coordination in support of a group of in house recruiters;- ^, g& c+ T& d/ c3 l' \
• Responsible for CV searching, CV screening, phone screening of candidates;
9 a7 ]# J; `& `! P( p• Arranges interviews for relevant parties and follow up administrative details, prepares presentations as needed;7 b: y, k- ^3 [3 Q
• Participates in pre-employment background check and the on-board process for new hires, such as produce employment contracts, create employee files and maintain employee checklists with 100% accuracy;# C" o; {3 S5 j3 _2 ^ s$ U
• Conducts related research; performs analyses and summarizes data to facilitate interpretation or to highlight key aspects/trends;
. r) ^0 i3 M t9 V/ a. Y• Completes special projects as required and provides back up to other recruitment team members as needed.

Essential :
3 B D4 P; W5 M" f6 c• College or bachelor degree above;
1 `" v( @7 h# y3 b0 Y' q• Be good at reading/writing/Oral English and Mandarin;& j: h" l) Y7 \' E ^
• Strong experience with internet and intranet based ATS (applicant tracking) and HRIS systems, preferably (PeopleSoft)
5 \* I/ E* n1 y: F Y2 c; d• Excellent in Word and Excel, strong analytical skill;6 z7 n- l- f3 `" Y
• Responsible and reliable3 v% S y# ?; T/ q5 O1 Z" j9 m) I
• To apply Recruitment Specialist: 3 to 5 years working experience in recruiting, headhunting and in-house HR recruitment will be preferred;# d& O8 m: q8 n9 @1 j
• To apply Recruitment coordinator: 1 to 2 years HR working experience;
