Reporting to: solid line to Plant Manager, dotted line to HRD

Essential Functions (Responsibilities):
" [. C2 `( c1 `- In Charge of all HR Functions in ShaoXing Plant and Shanghai Branch office, working closely with Plant Manager/ HRD (Italian) to strategically set the tone for the culture of the China sites’ facility and resolves various Human Resource issues:' w3 g* F6 B# M
- Manage HR Planning and Recruiting, Interview and Selecting of employee to fill vacant positions utilizing the most cost effective methods& N5 g2 T  l* x* n
- Develop, coordinate and roll out appropriate training and development programs
2 z  c& U2 _/ U: g- P5 H- Develop and implement a performance management process and work with Managers on resolving performance, staffing and training issues.
4 ~" h7 n- y8 u2 X4 J2 u6 U; i- Responsible for Compensation and Pay structure, administer all salary and benefit programs, ensuring compliance with all local laws and regulations.2 D/ x; P' H- V+ D; z+ A
- Complete special projects/ Admin Jobs as assigned by General Manager.& C: W( q  C  H+ Z' Y  o8 N- Q" ~
- Staffing and Labour Relation, Improve the communication between management and employees- p* Q" p- w- Y9 C
-In charge of Recruitment and staffing information of Shanghai Branch office. ~% }  T( H  b/ j
-Submit HR related reports on a timely basis to Plant Manager and Italy HRD as required.' C8 D% }8 M! |3 h
- Provide Professional HR support and value-added consultation to top management on daily business operations

: g8 O' H/ ?9 X& I  p8 EQualifications / Requirements:7 j6 D  A$ F( X  B1 C5 B
, O2 W- H( i) n! \7 m
- B.S. / B.A. with minimum of 5 years of progressive human resource management experience.
7 }- _8 y2 m8 z* X& V9 I3 Y- Knowledge of Chinese Labor Law, local regulations regarding employment issues and related matters
# H9 O2 U2 N" T6 O2 B- Strong in resolving conflicts and handle multiple, ever-changing priorities in a fast paced environment
' U0 u* Z+ e9 I' R/ c9 ?' ^% p- Structured, analytical way of working motivated and committed personality with teamwork, initiative, enforcement capacity, problem solving and routine use in the international environment.
