Essential Functions (Responsibilities):% M! L/ d" p) s; P
- In Charge of all HR Functions in ShaoXing Plant and Shanghai Branch office, working closely with Plant Manager/ HRD (Italian) to strategically set the tone for the culture of the China sites’ facility and resolves various Human Resource issues:4 i+ ^! |3 S! F: d; x/ \! t* H
- Manage HR Planning and Recruiting, Interview and Selecting of employee to fill vacant positions utilizing the most cost effective methods
6 ~3 J" Q. e3 i& p& Z \- Develop, coordinate and roll out appropriate training and development programs
7 k9 V) S5 q" u; k- Develop and implement a performance management process and work with Managers on resolving performance, staffing and training issues.
# G; ~1 C4 T1 {& m5 n: i& D4 t9 [- Responsible for Compensation and Pay structure, administer all salary and benefit programs, ensuring compliance with all local laws and regulations.
' q. I4 Y& B6 K% Q; p8 t4 Q$ d- Complete special projects/ Admin Jobs as assigned by General Manager.1 e4 i( ~! |' F8 J5 }
- Staffing and Labour Relation, Improve the communication between management and employees
% ?" j( x) D/ z2 L p" O-In charge of Recruitment and staffing information of Shanghai Branch office2 ~3 t$ ~4 u9 i. n4 D
-Submit HR related reports on a timely basis to Plant Manager and Italy HRD as required.
# d2 ~+ t' p& q- Provide Professional HR support and value-added consultation to top management on daily business operations

, }5 G( T3 q3 S$ l8 R& M5 y3 A- B.S. / B.A. with minimum of 5 years of progressive human resource management experience. ' _ a4 r2 O& T/ n+ l
- Knowledge of Chinese Labor Law, local regulations regarding employment issues and related matters 2 T- J* n* X( W1 f1 i
- Strong in resolving conflicts and handle multiple, ever-changing priorities in a fast paced environment- e4 v( @! q* a/ t' }
- Structured, analytical way of working motivated and committed personality with teamwork, initiative, enforcement capacity, problem solving and routine use in the international environment.+ b. c8 [2 t8 U- D! C; E' o
- Languages: fluent English speaking
